The main challenge for Decoders was to shape an umbrella brand for industrial real estate that would reflect AFI Development’s ambitious inner vision: to be the first to change the rules of the game. Based on research and a distinctive positioning, we developed a name that retained the link to the parent brand while confidently expressing the new category: AFI Prom.

New challenges create new demands and only visionaries can meet them.

At the heart of the new AFI Prom brand lies a drive to lead with breakthrough formats and act where the market is only beginning to take shape. The brand brings together next-generation industrial projects and sets a new benchmark for the category.

A unique feature of the identity is a graphic “spring” or spiral a symbol of industrial dynamics, focus, and strength. The color palette ensures continuity with the parent brand, while a richer tone signals renewal and energy.

AFI Prom creates flexible “industrial high-rises” that scale alongside businesses giving clients room to grow and evolve.

Brand vision: to become an industrial real estate brand whose ecosystem-based projects are as recognizable as the capital’s key business clusters.

The brand’s ideology and visual system extended into the product website, featuring creative animations, an interactive floor plan selector, and integration with the 1C system.
