Developer website development
Decoders was tasked with a bold challenge: to develop a comprehensive strategy, visual identity, and website for the legendary boutique developer Coldy, with over 20 years of experience. The research phase included brand positioning, business portfolio architecture, and development of the HR direction. The refreshed visual identity introduced a new brand ideology through layout, graphics, color palette, and photographic style — while maintaining the recognizable logo.
The core idea, “Signature Urban Development,” captured Coldy’s unique approach — boutique quality, attention to detail, and a distinctive authorial touch. This became a launchpad for entry into new segments and adjacent markets.
Coldy began with reconstruction and redevelopment, delivering landmark projects that transformed outdated urban areas into vibrant cultural hubs filled with art, community, and meaning.
Today, the company has entered a new stage: from standalone sites to holistic urban regeneration. From niche boutique to city-scale significance. Yet its essence remains unchanged — visionary thinking, a unique voice, and an individual approach.
Decoders helped shape this new brand DNA and translate it into a full-scope communication system. Coldy is a conceptual developer shaping the life of the modern metropolis
On the HR front, we crafted a unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for Coldy that reflects the brand’s positioning in working with its team: “Be the author of a better city life with Coldy.”
The developer’s image website was created with dynamic layouts, animation, an atmospheric preloader, and deep integration of brand graphics — all enhancing the brand's character and emotional resonance.
